These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Openza, operated by MK Sys Softwares ("we", "us", "our"). By using Openza, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

Openza is a browser-based tool that lets you upload, preview, edit, print, and share files. Free use is limited to a set number of uploads per device; unlimited use requires an active paid subscription as described below.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to subscribe to a paid plan. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

Paid subscriptions are tied to an email address, verified by a one-time code, and authorised for use on one device at a time. Signing in on a new device will sign the previous device out automatically. You're responsible for keeping access to your email address secure, since it is used to verify your identity for support and billing purposes.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically every month until cancelled, and are billed through Razorpay in Indian Rupees (₹) or US Dollars ($) depending on your location. You can cancel anytime; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on refunds.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Openza to upload, store, preview, or share content that:

• Is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours, including child sexual abuse material, which we do not tolerate under any circumstances and will report to relevant authorities;
• Infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, unless you own the rights or have permission to use it;
• Contains malware, viruses, or code intended to damage or gain unauthorised access to systems;
• Is used to harass, defame, or violate the privacy of any person.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for accounts or devices found violating these Terms.

6. Your content

You retain full ownership of any files you upload. We claim no rights over your content beyond what's needed to temporarily display it back to you while your session is active. As described in our Privacy Policy, files are automatically deleted once your session ends.

7. Service availability

Openza is provided "as is" and "as available." We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for temporary outages, maintenance windows, or data loss resulting from your own device, browser, or network issues.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MK Sys Softwares is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of files due to the automatic deletion behaviour described in our Privacy Policy — which you acknowledge and accept as a core feature of the service, not a defect.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
